The AHA HeartSaver CPR/AED Course teaches CPR, AED use, relief of choking in
adults and children, and use of barrier devices for all ages.
American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR/AED & First Aid
The AHA HeartSaver First Aid Course teaches how to manage illness and
injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course
content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, Injury
Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers
The AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers teaches CPR, AED use, relief of
choking in adults and children, and use of barrier devices for all ages. Other skills
include ventilation with a bag-mask device and relief of a foreign-body airway
obstruction. This class is intended for those who provide healthcare to patients in a wide
variety of settings, however you do not have to be a healthcare provider to take this class.
